Kevin Joseph Acquires Apollo Manufacturing LLC; Company Renamed Apollo American Inc.
MENTOR, OH — June 1, 2025 — We are pleased to announce Kevin Joseph’s acquisition of Apollo Manufacturing LLC from Allen Sandy. We wish Al a happy and healthy retirement. The company will now operate under the new name Apollo American Inc., marking an exciting new chapter while honoring the company’s legacy of excellence.

Continuity and stability remain central to the transition. Justin Sandy, who has served as Chief Operating Officer for the past 10 years, will continue to lead the company’s operations. His leadership has been instrumental in building Apollo’s reputation for quality, reliability, and integrity.
Looking ahead, Joseph outlined his strategic vision for the company: “Our focus moving forward will be on growth, standardization, and continued investment back into the company to ensure we build on Apollo’s strong foundation.
